Conference Registration

After this date, registrations will be processed on-site at the venue, subject to availability.
Registration fees
The registration fee includes
- Admission to all lecture and poster sessions
- The conference programme
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Social events confirmed in the programme and in the registration form
- Accommodation is not included
- Workshops are free of charge

All catering and social events require prior registration. It does not include accommodation. Workshops are free of charge, places are limited and require registration on the form.

Please note
Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the registration secretariat at msb2027@cevents.es.
The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the above-mentioned early bird or regular deadlines, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received.
To be eligible for the student registration fee, documentary evidence of their delegate status such as official transcript or copy of student ID card must be sent.
Cancellation policy
Requests to cancel registration and receive a refund must be submitted in writing by sending an email to msb2027@cevents.es.
Cancellations received before or on April 8th, 2027, will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid minus a 25% administrative fee.
Cancellations of registrations received after April 26 will not be entitled to a refund.
